Delivery Times
Please note that we dispatch parcels on Tuesday and Friday only. All of our delivery services require a signature as proof of delivery in all cases regardless of cost! Standard delivery time is usually 10 business days to the USA, Canada, UK and Europe while deliveries to Australia and Asia are about 5 business days.
Shipping & Handling
Goods will be shipped once payment has been validated. All shipping charges based on the weight of the goods and the country it is being delivered to. All the prices on our website is inclusive of the cost of goods and the shipping and handling charges right to your doorsteps. All our shipping is done via TNT Express Courier.
Tracking
With every order placed by you we will provide you with a Tracking Number in your order confirmation email with a link to the shippers online tracking system. You can track your goods using your tracking number. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in Order Summary page and in your Order Confirmation e-mail. We will also provide the details of the carrier incase you would need to contact them.
Returns
You may return unwanted goods within 7 days for a refund, provided that the product has been unopened and unused. However, please note that other than for faulty goods, you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Your money will be returned within 30 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Please contact our Sales Department stating the reason for return and provide a day time telephone number.

Damaged in Transit
Upon receipt of your delivery, please check to ensure the packaging has no visible signs of damage. If you feel that it has experienced a rough ride then please Contact Us stating the nature of the problem, your order number, your name, e-mail address and postal code. In order for us to carry out any investigations with our couriers and possibly to issue a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We advise you to retain all packaging for possible inspection.
